Pass the blame arround the franchise

Incase you had not heard, Tomb Raider 2 did poorly for a summer blockbuster at the box office this weekend.

Paramount pictures is blaming the low ticket sales on Eidos for making a shitty game that turned people off to the Tomb Raider franchise.

Boo fucking hoo.

Ever thought that maybe the original Tomb Raider movie was so bad that people have no wish to cough up $8 to go see the sequel?

A few months ago Activision (who paid top dollar for exclusive rights to publish Star Trek games) filed a lawsuit against Viacom, Paramount’s parent company, for letting the Star Trek franchise go to shits(crappy movies, crappy series). Paramount had said that their accusations had no merit, yet here they are doing the same thing, passing on the blame.

Pfft.

I shall also be complaining about stupidly made things, including films and products. However, my main gripe will nearly always be about how stupid Ben is. Just a heads up, folks.

I think Bulk�s first post does a damn good job of describing what this site is all about: not much. We are just two geeks posting whatever is on our mind, including idiotic pictures taken when we have far too much time on our hands. I like to take pictures and I hope I will get to share some of them with you so you can enjoy them as much as I do.

Neither Bulk nor I really know what this site is really going to be but I can tell you that I will be using this as a forum to rant and complain about the world while I do nothing constructive about it, other than educate people about it. I will often get into a rage about how badly designed things are, like products, cities, TV shows, and movies.

Fear the rage.
